Arcade machine design and prototyping

Challenge

Design and develop a fully functional prototype from scratch, encompassing the entire build from the cabinet to the internal electronics, including game software and graphics (outsourced by trusted partners – managed by me).

Project Scope

Cabinet Design: Full arcade cabinet, including interior metalwork and custom PC cabinet.

Glass Screen: Design and integration of a glass screen for the machine.

Graphics and Branding: Creation of all visual elements and branding for the machine.

Software Development: Collaboration with a software consultant to develop the bingo game.

Component Sourcing and Production**: Sourcing all necessary components, creating 2D drawings, and compiling a bill of materials.

Prototype and Initial Production**: Building the prototype and an additional five units, controlling the design and specifications throughout.

Initial Design and Planning

Met with the client to understand their vision and requirements.
